Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 June 2026

dmreply.in (“dmreply”, “we”, “us”) is a done-for-you AI automation studio based in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”). For the data we handle, dmreply acts as the Data Fiduciary.

1. Information we collect

We keep collection to the minimum we need to respond to you and deliver our services.

  • Information you give us. When you book a discovery call or request a proof-of-concept, our enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, a description of what you want to build, and your indicative budget. If you email or message us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
  • Scheduling information. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) processes your name, email and chosen time slot.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
  • Client project data. When you engage us to build or run an automation, we process data inside your own systems and connected accounts (for example, WhatsApp and Instagram messages from your customers). For that data, you are the Data Fiduciary and we act as a Data Processor on your instructions, under the terms of our engagement.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold discovery calls.
  • To prepare proposals, scopes, cost breakdowns and proof-of-concepts.
  • To build, deliver, host and support the services you engage us for.
  • To send service-related updates about your project.
  • To keep our site and systems secure and to meet legal obligations.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (which you give when you submit the enquiry form) and for the legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, such as responding to a request you have made. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights”).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Resend — to deliver enquiry and service emails.
  • Calendly — to schedule discovery calls.
  • Our hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the website and any managed services.
  • Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram) — when we build or run automations on accounts you connect, data flows through Meta’s official APIs subject to their terms.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data on servers outside India. We only use reputable providers and rely on their contractual safeguards. We do not transfer data to any country restricted by the Government of India for this purpose.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required for tax, accounting or legal reasons. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct, complete or update inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data, subject to legal retention needs.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.
  • Raise a grievance and, if unresolved, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these, email contact@dmreply.in. We will respond within the timelines set by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and least-privilege access. See our Security page for details. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Grievances and contact

For any privacy question, request or grievance, contact our grievance contact at contact@dmreply.in. We will acknowledge and work to resolve it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above.

This page explains our current practices in plain language. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by your own legal counsel before relying on it. Questions? Email contact@dmreply.in.
